Funso is an Associate-designate in the Project development and Finance team in the Johannesburg office.
Funso's practice focuses on the development and financing aspects of project finance particularly renewable energy projects and PPP transactions within SADC. He also some experience advising on M&A transactions and Competition Law matters.
Background
Funso holds an LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Wits Business School. He also hold an LLM from the University of Cape Town South Africa.
