Energy Exemplar is a global leader in predictive analytics software for energy markets. Energy Exemplar’s software is the leading tool for cost optimisation and capacity planning as energy grids are decarbonised.

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised The Riverside Company on all aspects of its investment in Energy Exemplar, from its initial investment in 2017 through to exit.

Herbert Smith Freehills’ team is being led by partners Adam Charles and Andrew Clyne and senior associate Marijana Banovac, with the support of solicitor Shonie Kaushik.
