As Managing Partner, Libby leads the firm's global Digital Legal Delivery (Digital) practice.
As the newest practice of the firm, Digital draws together legal, project management, process design and technology expertise into one integrated offering for clients.
Libby leads a multi-lingual, diverse and high-performing team across 12 global locations. The team has a common strategic objective to deliver a seamless, end-to-end solution to the firm's clients.
Libby was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the Queen's Birthday 2019 Honours List – recognising her services to the Northern Ireland Economy, as well as Innovation in Law.
In 2016, Libby was nominated in The Lawyer's 'Hot 100': a prestigious annual report highlighting the most influential and prominent lawyers in the industry, all of whom are notable for making a stand-out contribution to the shape of the legal industry today.
Libby originally joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in London in 1994. After several years of practice – primarily in large-scale commercial litigation – she moved into a legal practice management role in 2003, before becoming the first Director of the firm's Belfast office in 2011 (the first of our New Law hubs).
Background
Libby holds a first class degree in law from the University of Warwick.
